Can I join as a solo traveller? Yes, of course! You will not be alone. Many of our participants travel solo. You will find yourself in a group of likeminded people in a welcoming and supportive environment. Please note that every room has one double bed and a bathroom. If you would like to share a bed with someone then you can contact me to enquire about a two person discount.
Can I share a room with my friend or partner? Yes, you can. However, please note that the rooms only offer one double bed. If you would like to share a bed with someone then you can contact me to enquire about a two-person discount.
What should I bring? You should pack comfortable and light clothing along with some layers for cooler mornings and evenings. A full and event-specific packing list will be sent closer to the retreat start date.
What's included? You should sheck the 'About' info for your specific event for all inclusions.
What's not included? - Flight tickets and transfers (if you need support to book your transfer to the accommodation then please let me know.) The cost will be added to your bill. - Any meals you decide to have outside of the accommodation or additional food and drinks you bring into the retreat premises. - Taxi's to visit the local area.
What about dietary preferences or restrictions? Upon booking you will be asked to advise us of any dietry requirements or preferences. These will be accommodated to ensure you are well taken care of.
How to get to the retreat location? Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent details, including instructions for arranging airport transfers and the earliest time you can arrive.
What is the cancellation policy? The deposit of £350 to secure your place is non-refundable. Payments beyond the deposit may be refundable or transferable if your cancellation is made within 90 days of the retreat, at the discretion of 'Reiki Trails'. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further details.
How do I book? If you would like to pay a deposit of £350 to guarantee your booking (with the remaining balance cleared no later than 90 days prior to the event start date), please complete the registration form at the bottom of the events page, or get in touch via email at reikitrails@gmail.com for a booking form and details for how to complete your payment.
